Ever feel like there are so many things in your life that you want to change that you hardly know where to start? Or maybe there's one area of your life (finances? energy levels? food?) that you've been trying to change for ages but can't ever seem to get your plans in motion? It can be totally overwhelming to take personal transformation from idea to action.
I had those feelings too. And my own story of reinvention goes something like this:
Before: Late start every morning, dashing immediately from bed to shower in a frantic attempt to get to work on time...ish. Skip breakfast. Fail to pack lunch. Drink lots of sugary coffee to get through the day. Commute. Use every moment of the drive in for dreading the coming workday. Spend entire day stressed over nothing and/or everything. Drink more coffee and utilize personal secret candy stash to make day tolerable. Work 11+ hours. Go home exhausted. Stay up late due to caffeine high. Eat macaroni & cheese or bean nachos. Worry about nothing and/or everything. Oversleep. Rinse. Repeat. (Increase candy consumption on holidays spent at work. Wonder about migraines on days off.)
After: Forego all soul-sucking jobs for ones that nourish, inspire, and promote growth. Wake up in the morning feeling energized. Pack lunch. Leave for work on time. See sunrise. Spend workday feeling motivated. Go home happy. Eat meals that include more food groups than cheese and sugar. Incorporate treats into routine and actually appreciate and enjoy them. Experience the wonders of a green smoothie. Feel relaxed in the evenings. Go to bed on time. Rinse. Repeat. (Take holidays off. Feel relieved to have migraines that are less frequent and less miserable.)
So that's me. But I’m not the only one with a story about reinvention. There are many, many more:
The one who forgoes the 9-5 in exchange for a lifestyle that nurtures and inspires her.
The one who trades in her daily stress and overwhelm for calm and balance.
The one who swaps limitation for liberation.
The one who acknowledges her need for change and starts detoxing her life.
(…just to name a few.)
As you craft your own story of reinvention, where are you stuck?
Maybe you’re struggling to overcome the mental blocks that keep you from sculpting the life of your dreams. Maybe you’re seeing how daily stressors are wearing you down and causing lifelong problems. Maybe you’re feeling chronically underwhelmed by your day-to-day routine.
Regardless, you’re here...and you're in the right place.
Imagine if, for just thirty days, you committed to giving yourself a powerful opportunity for transformation. What if in that period of time you were devoted to making just one small shift each day, knowing that each tiny step would ultimately equal a huge success? What if those thirty days were the catalyst for creating the life you’ve always desired?
And, what if you had the opportunity to do this with unlimited support from a number of incredible women who are fully invested in seeing you succeed?
You do.
The Reinvention Project: 30 Days to a Happier, Healthier, More Inspired YOU is an incredible opportunity for you to step up and change your life. As you work your way through this 30 day group experience, you'll receive exclusive interviews with each of the experts, during which they'll offer their incredibly powerful insights as to how YOU can transform you life. (By the way, these interviews will be manageable enough that you can easily integrate them into your daily routine. Instead of having to work your way through hours and hours of filler content in search of the action steps, you'll receive shorter interviews that are packed with actionable suggestions that you can utilize immediately).
You'll learn things like...
What factors are keeping you from approaching each day with boundless energy...and how to fix them.
How the concept of detoxing applies when you're thinking about finances and what shifts you can make to create abundance.
Three steps you can take right now to start crafting the life of your dreams.
What it means to live a life of liberation instead of limitation and how you can start.
Three ways to cut back on stress, including one that takes only a minute.
How your everyday thoughts are preventing you from really making change, and a few simple shifts you can make to overcome them.
..and much, much more.
But I'm not just handing you a pile of audio recordings and sending you on your way.
Instead, I've taken these amazing interviews and developed an email course that will guide you through the entire experience. If you sign up for The Reinvention Project, you'll also receive:
Daily (Monday-Friday) step-by-step emails containing one tip or suggestion that you can put into action right away. Basically, I've taken all of the fantastic expert tips and interviews and broken them down into "bite-sized" pieces, so that you can incorporate the expert advice into your life one step at a time. By tackling just one aspect of your life each day, you'll find that reinventing yourself suddenly becomes much more manageable.
Access to an exclusive Facebook group so you can connect with other group participants and feel incredibly supported each step of the way. Trying something new can be challenging when you're on your own. Doing things with support makes it so much easier (and so much more fun!). By getting involved in the Facebook group, you'll be able to connect with women who are sharing this experience (accountability buddies, anyone?) so you can give and receive epic levels of support.
Sounds pretty snazzy, doesn't it?
It is. And between the ten expert interviews, the thirty powerful lifestyle tips, the email course, and the live group call with me, one might expect to invest a good deal in a program like this. And it would be totally worth it.
But it's your lucky day.Because this program is totally free.
All of these lovely women have agreed to lend their time and their exclusive tips for no cost at all so that anyone can have the opportunity to transform her life. Every aspect, from audio recordings to e-course to group support outlet to coaching call, is completely free.
How fantastic is that?
If you had doubts about your ability to participate, consider them officially squashed.
